Website status & requests

This is the early-access storefront for Skinly TV. Theme images are illustrative concepts. Party games are in development. Submitting a request is free and does not create a paid order. We confirm compatibility, availability, scope, price and delivery before requesting payment. We do not currently collect payments or automatically unlock TV content on this website.

Compatibility & setup

The service targets Google TV and Android TV. Brand names alone cannot establish compatibility. Native Samsung Tizen and LG webOS are not supported. Launcher features, animated backgrounds and app customisation depend on the model and operating system. Changes are discussed before setup. Delivery timing, recovery after a factory reset and any support costs are agreed for each request.

Prices, payment & cancellations

Displayed prices are in JOD and are estimates for the stated standard products. Custom work may cost more. A request can be cancelled before a paid order is agreed. For any future paid work, the applicable delivery, cancellation and remedy terms will be provided before payment. CliQ is the planned payment method; no CliQ alias or automated payment confirmation is active on this site. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under law.

Custom delivery

The target for a simple custom theme is 42 hours after we accept the brief and confirm the order. This target is not a guarantee for every request. Custom games require an individual scope and timeline. If an agreed delivery is delayed or an item does not work on a confirmed compatible TV, contact us with the request reference to arrange a resolution.

Privacy & data

When you submit a request, we store your name, WhatsApp number, selected preferences, TV model if supplied, notes, consent, and any optional reference image. These are used to review and respond to your request. Do not upload private documents or images you do not have permission to share.

Requests and reference images are stored in a private folder on our Hostinger hosting account, outside the public website. A daily hash derived from the connection IP is used for rate limiting. Request records and uploads older than 90 days, and rate-limit records older than two days, are removed during subsequent successful request processing. Hostinger may separately retain infrastructure logs and backups under its own policies.

A session cookie protects form submissions. Your language preference is stored in your browser. We use Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google's font service. We do not add advertising trackers or collect your TV viewing history. We do not yet assign TV IDs or connect this website to your TV.

For an access, correction or deletion request, use the website's request form, include your previous request reference in the notes, and state the action you need. We will verify the request before making changes.

Original artwork & third-party names

Skinly TV is an independent Retainly project. Google, Android, TV manufacturer names and referenced game titles belong to their respective owners. References describe compatibility or creative inspiration and do not imply affiliation. Gaming themes do not include the referenced video games. The Neon Coast preview is original AI-generated artwork; other catalog images are original illustrative design studies.
